The difference between technicians and management
This little story from my father voted by mail get. I think it is worth to be blogged ![]()
A man in a hot air balloon has lost the orientation.
He goes deeper and sighted a woman on the ground.
It drops even further and calls: "Excuse me, can you help me? I have a friend promised him an hour ago to meet, and I do not know where I am.
"The woman on the ground replied:" You are in a hot air balloon in about 10 meters above ground level. You are on between the 49 th Degrees, 28 minutes and 11 seconds north latitude and 8 Degrees, 28 minutes and 58 seconds east longitude. "
"They need to engineer" says the balloonist.
"Am I," replied the woman, "how do you know that?"
"Well," says the balloonist, "everything they told me is technically correct, but I have no idea what I start with your information, and the fact is that I still do not know where I am. Quite frankly, You were not a big help. You have no more than my journey even further delayed. "
The woman replied: "You must be active in management."
"Yes," replied the balloonist, "but how do you know that?"
"Well," says the woman, "You do not know where you are, even while driving. They are due to a large quantity of hot air in your current position has come. They have made a promise, which you do not have a clue how to it can observe and expect the people below you that your problems. The fact is that you are now in the same position as before our meeting, but strangely I am now somehow to blame! "
Ok, in the original story was the woman no technician but an engineer. But I do even just a technician and engineer does not do the story and it fits well, I have just these small changes ![]()

I like the change! (I work as a technician, but will officially as a technical Assistenin Guided because I do not have the training ... I would say do the work, but get less money and call me TA ...)
To the story: how it :-) very funny and unfortunately close to the reality!
With us there is at the technical school at the technician training and the training of technical assistants (TA).
That a technician has a higher education, as a TA is probably clear, but this difference you'll have your own professional experience through more than just competitive have made. Am firmly convinced that you have with your professional experience of the TA + training someone over you, the grade fresh after the training "has made its technicians.
Where it appears to me only the question of why Holst you put your training to be technicians. Night school or something.
